How did I Connect My Ki and Aura?


My name is Keeley and I'm the Founder and Lead Coach for KiAura Coaching. The combination of my corporate experience, being a successful entrepreneur and my Life Coaching skills has given me a unique platform to help you create a brand that you love and will attract your ideal clients to.


I believe everyone has their own answers within themselves. My gift is to help bridge your purpose-driven calling with a lifelong sustainable business... which is why I choose to coach rather than create it for you.


My Corporate Career


After graduating with distinction in Business and Marketing from RMIT University in Melbourne, I built a highly successful international marketing career working for a selection of the world’s biggest food and consumer goods brands. These included Nestle, Heinz, Pfizer, Kingsmill and Birdseye.


I was fortunate to learn and develop my core marketing and business skills guided and nurtured by the best in the industry. Over a period of 15 years I managed multi-million pound budgets, created brands and national advertising campaigns, launched entirely new products, project managed diverse teams, forecasted sales and reviewed results. The new products created mini-businesses within these large global corporations. However, the joy of working in the corporate world diminished as I became ever more senior and as management stakeholders became more important than the consumers and customers we served.


Employee to Entrepreneur


My transition out of Corporate Marketing was much more challenging than I had anticipated, which led me to seek help, guidance and support. Since 2013 I have attended many self development workshops, read hundreds of books, engaged multiple mentors and coaches, some which I still have today. My expertise gained from corporate life in conjunction with the support from my mentors and coaches allowed me to transfer and adapt my corporate skills to become an entrepreneur and create new start-up businesses. This resulted in me co-founding and building two sustainable and profitable investment companies which enabled me to retire from full time corporate marketing in 2015.


The learnings I have of adapting corporate thinking to small start up businesses have also been invaluable. I had less resources than ever before, I had to use gut instinct rather than having the luxury of endless data and each of my decisions had a direct result on my income. And this experience also made me realise the importance of being Strategic. When every hour and penny counts, strategy kept me and my teams focused. Strategic marketing is what I love creating the most!


Why Coaching?


I cannot place a  high enough value on the amazing coaches I have worked with so far. My empathic life coach helped me to uncover beliefs that no longer served me that resulted in the relationship I have with my husband today. My most recent life coach, using the Enneagram personality profiling tool, helped me to understand my behavioural patterns and motivations leading to my journey to becoming a Certified Life Coach and Accredited Enneagram Practitioner.


The combination of all my experiences has lit a fire in me to help entrepreneurs with their marketing. I see as my life force or "Ki". Every time I talk about this, I've been told I really light up and this burning fire shows in my Aura... This was when I knew I found my purpose!

Steve White - Director


Steve has held successful roles in leadership, project management, workshop facilitation, teaching and mentoring in the UK and internationally.


Since 2018 he has worked with Global Propertunites Group as their project manager and design director for the pipeline of complex commercial and residential property conversions. In a somewhat different previous career, Steve spent 21 years as a conductor, musical director, voice coach & mentor both internationally and in London’s West End. He was fortunate to perform in some of the biggest and award-winning theatrical productions including Thriller Live, School of Rock, The Bodyguard, Oliver!, Starlight Express, Mamma Mia! and We Will Rock You.


Graduating with honours from University of London, he has been self-employed since the 1990’s meaning marketing himself as a solopreneur is familiar territory. His business interests are in strategic vision, deep level Excel analysis and long term financial planning. He is passionate about continual personal growth through life-long learning, with the number one focus being health and living a sustainable balanced lifestyle . Steve finds continual inspiration from the Zoe Science & Nutrition podcast alongside being outdoors surrounded by raw nature.
